“I saw accolades about his Scottish Breakfasts on the net, so I e-mailed him and explained that our Gourmet Group was going to do Scottish Brunch and asked what was Lorne Sausage and Potato Scones and where could I find recipes. Not only did he most graciously respond, he sent recipes and detailed tips for success. The food was delicious and therefore the Brunch was a rousing success!
